Blue Dragon Blood Peacock (Aulonocara sp.)

Remarks: The blue dragon blood peacock (Aulonocara sp.) is a variant of dragon blood that has been line-bred by our farm for several generations. Their appearance is very different from them in regards to color and pattern. Dominant males display a bright, metallic blue face and reddish-pink or orange bodies with more metallic blue scales. Typically their fins are a rich orange color making for some really nice contrast. Females are usually more dull and faded. As this is a man-made line, there is some variation in color.
